This policy explains what information Litrix Technologies ("we") collects and how we use it.

This website

This site has no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. The site is hosted by a third-party host, and its fonts load from Google Fonts. Like any web service, those providers may log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

The message form

If you use the message form, we receive your name, email address, your message, and your phone number and business name if you add them. They are stored in our own client system, hosted by Cloudflare, and we get an email that a message arrived. We use them only to reply to you. We don't store your IP address; to block spam, we keep a scrambled code made from it that changes every day and can't be turned back into the address.

Information you give us

When you call, text or hire us, we keep the details you share: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the content for your project (photos, services, logos). We use them only to reply to you, deliver and support your service, and keep business records.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's use of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the providers we need to deliver your service (such as payment processing, hosting and domain registration), or when the law requires it.

Your clients' data

If your website has a contact form, messages from it go to you. We don't keep copies, except where a form service holds them briefly to deliver them.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep client records as long as needed for the service and for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
