Terms of service

These terms cover the website and technology services offered by Litrix Technologies ("Litrix", "we", "us"), based in Snellville, Georgia. Each project also gets a short written agreement that lists its package, price and timeline. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Services
We build websites for small businesses and offer optional monthly care plans, plus home technology help. Packages and prices are listed on our home page. Anything not listed is quoted in writing before work starts.
Quotes and payment
- Website builds: 50% deposit to start, and the balance at launch.
- Care plans: billed monthly in advance, starting the month after launch.
- Extra work: $60 an hour, quoted and approved by you before we start.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are due on receipt.
Timeline
We show you a draft within 7 business days after we receive your photos, services and other content. The timeline moves if content arrives late or the scope changes.
What you provide
Your logo (if you have one), photos, list of services, service area and contact details. You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us.
Ownership
You own your domain. Once you've paid in full, the site's content and design are yours. If you stop a care plan, we give you the site files and the access you need to move it within 5 business days.
No guarantees of results
We don't promise any number of visitors, calls, leads, jobs or search rankings. We do promise a working site, delivered on the agreed timeline.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for outages at hosting, domain or email providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
